She took the time to clearly explain everything, and answered all of my questions without rushing, and made what could have been a frustrating process feel easy and reassuring. My experience with Amy has always been pleasant. She has an excellent skills set to work with people as well as the public as a whole. She has the right personality and the patience dealing with her is easy because her way of explaining things it’s very easy to understand it helps you get through the process without having to ask many questions each time I’ve been counted Amy I attitude is always been the same, very pleasant and upbeat and no matter what mood I’m in she always seems to brighten my day. It would be nice to have many people like Amy working at other locations. Throughout the world When it comes to customer service, may someone take note of Amy’s actions and her ability to work with people and her and advance her in your company so that she can teach each other others The same tool said that she has thank you Amy for so much. I just signed up and spoke with Brad, an analyst who was super patient and informative. I probably asked more questions than the average person and he never made me feel rushed. I was then passed on to Amy to set up my on-boarding appointment. Amy was very sweet and personable. If my Account Manager is just as helpful all should go according to plan.

It was real easy working with Nathan today. And he had patience for me and my not knowing how to maneuver on my phone, as well as I need to know, and he worked me right through it. I appreciated that.
